A surly Sheriff Joe reluctantly answers one question from kb then slinks away.
The 'Arizona Republic' newspaper ran an editorial calling Sheriff Joe Arpaio a bully; "Petty behavior turns Arpaio into a bully". http://www.azcentral.com/arizonarepublic/opinions/articles/0714fri1-14.html
When asked for his response, the Sheriff embraced the shameful label of "bully" and slinked away.
