@DawndeeDALLAS The flesh was catalope colored. I actually pan fried some of it with salt and a dash of soysauce and it was amazing. Best squash I have ever had. I saved a bunch of seed and am drying them.

@vclamp I totally agree, it tastes so much better then the ones you get at the supermarket, and I felt lots bettter after eating it, i'm gunna get another one I think.

Some winter squash is good with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Delicious.

@robertpina99 I actually pan fried the first half of it last night and it had a meaty flavor to it, so good.
