  • @Fresishedn how old ?? yeah i work on it too^^ but now im train to throw cards^^ xD (since yesterday) and because im throwing the caards my right arm feel like shit and hard ^^

    but without this i can do 12 chin ups in a row. but i do the chin ups at a tree in my garden but this tree has a limb and this one is angular. and this is the reason why my right arm iss 3 or 4 times stronger than my left xDD ya ya i and my right arm we lovin us :) :D XD

  • @Fresishedn 20 pounds was too hard xDDD i'm 14 and 5 months ago i can do 38pushups and 15-20 chin-ups (there i was 14 and 3 months xD ) and now this shit xDDD i was not trained at last time and i regret it but today i still can do 15-20 action replay with 20 pounds xDDD
