It's funny I swallowed fluoride in the past and I'm fine. Those flavored tooth paste taste so dam good. That is probably why our teeth is yellow.

and the recomendations for infants are different for that of adults, which is why you buy nursery water, and not use tap water. i use toothpaste and leave it on my teeth constantly and my teeth are fine and my health is fine, and i dont have fluorosis. now other countries do not have the technology to fluorinate the water. india for examply so what do they do? they chew on a miswak, which is a natural source of fluoride, they also have fluorisis in population, but no fluoride in their H20.

this guy haas no idea what he is talking about. i am a dental professional and most fluorosis is caused by drinking water that contains too much fluroide, TRUE, but what they dont tell u is that that fluoride is naturally occuring in that water system, and is not coming from the tap. in the CORRECT concentration fluoride has been proven to reduce dental decay this number is 0.07-1.20 ppm depending on elevation. i was raised with fluorinated water and i did not have decay until i was 25.
