It depends on your priorities for your dorm. If you want convenience for class (unless youre in CGS CFA or SHA) and to downtown, Warren is for you. If you want a class colege feel, West is good, but away from main campus.
Don't pick Bay. Residents are mostly upperclassmen and the culture there is bit reclusive so you might not make any new friends there.
