English Guide:
What you have to do is:
Send a email to BlizzCon@europe.com.
In this email you write that YOUR code, which you didn't use yet, doesnt work.You have to send your original code.
Cause it doesnt work, you want a new one.
1-2 hours after you sent this mail, you'll get a NEW code back. Then just simply use the new AND the old (original) one.
Enjoy :)

Hello!
I just wanted to use my code for the blizzcon-pet "Grunty the Murloc Marine".
But then I got an error on your website, it says the code is damaged.
Can you please send me another code?
