Started in November 2001 by Supervisor Don Knabe, the Los Angeles County Junior Golf Program has remained committed to creating and maintaining a golf program geared to introducing youngsters to County facilities and exposing them to valuable life skills such as Respect, Integrity, Character and Honor (RICH).
