The 3rd Annual Baseball All-Star game was played at Municipal Stadium in Cleveland on July 8, 1935, to a sold out crowd of 69,812. The managers were Mickey Cochrane and Frankie Frisch. The American League won 4-1, on the strength of pitching from Lefty Gomez and hitting by Al Simmons.
