McCain Calls Obama "That One"

Senator John McCain referred to Senator Obama as "That One" during the second Presidential Debate. Now, that's disrespectful. Can you say condescending?

McCain cannot even look Mr. Obama in the eye during a debate.

Absolutely. His remarks were rude and he failed to look Obama in the eye. After the debate, he did not shake Obama's hand. Obama shaked Cindy McCain's hand after McCain directed Obama's handshake toward Cindy. There was no subsequent handshake from what I saw. Exactly. How will he communicate with world leaders?

I agree that Obama did seem a bit awkward; but notice that every single response from Senator McCain involved Senator Obama. When attacking someone, they should be given the dignity of eye contact.
