  • I love my hood! Hart&StNicholas ave.

  • Loved the video, felt very melancholy watching it. Went to St. Brigid's school till 1968 and moved in 1979. The place is really unrecognizable. I have a love/hate relationship with that old neighborhood. I guess nothing stays the same. Thank you for the memories.

  • @rdgwd237 it won't be recognizable, the whole neighborhood will have condos and starbucks everywhere by then... well... the bushwick side, ridgewood still has time...

  • awww linden street thats where my auntie use to live...lol the first red brick building was her building. at the beging of the video.. the hood is still not that great....still need improvements. so much memories

  • @illuminadi no they dont i live in bushwick for 15 yearsand i havent seen that so stop ilusenating

  • @illuminadi noo theirs no chasing whites out of Bushwick , in fact thier are alot of whites moving in to thix neighborhood, same with anybody else, if u keep 2 yourself, thiers no problem

  • That pizza place does suck lol they have another fast food restaurant on cypress and myrtle i think which serves better food.. i still live in this area.. on wyckoff and stockholm ca't wait to move out. I'll come back and visit

  • Trees make all the difference.

  • They still chase whites out of Bushwick with pipes, not a safe place to be

  • wow i live a just down the block of that kfc in the start and the pizzria she said was good sucks btw lol

  • i loved your video. i was born in wycrTHER DEAL WITH OLD BROWNSTINES UNSTEAD IF OLD HIKSoff. raised in bedstuy and moved to fla. id RATHER DEAL WITH OLD BROWNSTONES INSTEAD OF MISSISSSIPPI BURNING TYPE HICKS. IM DOING VET ASSISITING SO IF U KNOW OF ny leads leads. lemme know

  • seems the station at Wyckoff and Myrtle was completely rebuilt. It needed to be... If the city would finally put the various wires below ground and eliminate the many wooden poles it sure would improve the street-scape. keep 'em coming!.

  • Great video, love remembering that neighborhood. I used to lived on Norman St. between Wyckoff and Cypress. Unlike most that moved out I WOULD move back. Maybe someday soon.

  • Derrick Taylor is a part of this area and it's history, still playing the game in 2010 from a California Luxury perspective. Make money and educate yourself if you would like to see better areas of the world.

  • Thanks, nice video. I used to live off the myrtle wyckoff stop . Been all thru were you shot. In 10yrs it will be unrecognizable. Dont know if thats good or bad.
