Some of those companies were not floundering.They were actually

financially solvent.Dissolving a company and getting rid of its workforce just to take that money and invest it in another business to create more jobs or a higher paycheck is certainly a very roundabout way to create jobs.The real reason they buy up companies and leverage them with debt is because it's beneficial for them.They have that right but let's not kid ourselves into thinking they really care about others.
