Wow! What an inspiration! My mid-goal is to hit the 150's, but I'm only 5'4"! I wonder- do you have any children? I feel like my midsection is totally out of shape since my child was born 2 years ago.
Any thoughts?

Thank you so very much! I tone my midsection with balance ball workouts that specifically target this area and I do a lot of pilates 100. I'm still not where I fully want to be at though...someday soon! Hope this helps =)

Thanks a bunch! I am 5'8 and so happy you commented because it was great to see your before/after especially since we are the same height! My final goal weight is actually in the 130s like you! You look fantastic = )

ohmygosh. i saw this video and i was inspired.
i'm trying to lose 20lbs-40lbs and you made me realize that i can do it too.
i always get impatient but i guess it can take awhile.

That means a lot to me hun = ) I am happy that I can inspire you!! Yes weight loss can be a lengthy process & it's often a lifelong journey BUT in the long run the sustained health benefits are well worth it . Just have to be patient, determined and focused. You can do it!!!
