Gia Campbell. She came on the show as Emily's second blackmailer. She turned out to be Lt. Taggert's sister and fell in love with Nik. She became the Face of Deception (cosmetics) for about two years and then decided to become a lawyer. She left unceremoniously in late 2003 to be closer to her brother in Portland, I think.

Not really. Helena blackmailed Gia once to help her escape police custody, but most of their interractions consisted of snarking, IIRC. Helena was a little busy at the time using her mind control on Lucky and trying to defrost Stavros so that didn't leave much for Gia.
