Comparing Fundamentalist Christianity to that of Islam is naive at best. There is no equivalent for Sharia Law in Christianity, there's no equivalent for Jihad, & there's no honor killings, forced marriages, literal killing of homosexuals (as in Iran), murdering of apostates and converts, slavery (most slavery is still in the hands of Muslims- see Mauritania, for example).

Bawer cannot be a racist since Islam is a religion. He's not Islamaphobic either because his statements are based on fact.

Try reading the Koran sometime or take a closer look at Sharia Law... There are passages in the Hebrew Bible and even if you can underscore them and say, "SEE!" you'd be hard pressed to find a present day popular movement in Judaism that is equivalent to Islamic Fundamentalism or as widespread.

Very good. You'll base a counter-argument on a single act by a Christian. Being anti-Muslim has nothing to do with being pro-Christian. But you'll see this more often. You'll see right wing groups rise up and start attacking Muslims and their sympathizers throughout Europe. There will be a war of sorts between Europeans who finally understand that their country is being taken away from them and those who want to make Europe part of the Umma. I'm not complaining, this is the way of history.

we get over these superstitions and we will see more peace, but this will never happen, you will always have people worshipping someone, you will always have death in this case. He know's that radical islam is a problem, but you would dismiss this belief, they wont simply stop believing. To fight radical islam w. europe would need radical ideas. You cant allow immigrants without assimilation plain and simple.

It's not just importing their own societies and social structures into Europe. There is a conscious beliberate plan of conquest and colonization, of which many Muslims are not aware, but which is very much there.

The creations of Muslim enclaves, the deliberate building of Islamic centers (not just in Europe, but in America) is part of the plan.

The UK already has Sharia courts. Maybe if your Magna Carta had a 1st Amendment you would know that but then with your state controlled BBC maybe not.
