What utter nonsense, any dog can be taught manners and at any point in it's life, have you ever watched The Dog Whisperer? It's never the dogs that are the problem, just the way the owners treat them. If you can't teach a tiny dog manners I dread to think what'll happen when you have kids.

@grywlf59 some dogs are just like that, its not fair to always assume its abuse from the current owner, when I delivered papers in Ontario there was a saint Bernard that would viciously attack any children that got to close but was the perfect angel to adults, it turns out the previous owns children abused the poor dog and now he has it out for all children.
