Pavel Rosa/Artem Chubarov goal for Avangard, 9/6/07 (Russia)

Former Vancouver Canuck Artem Chubarov puts forth a great effort to set up a goal by Pavel Rosa in Avangard's game against HC MVD, Sept 6th '07. Chubarov brings the puck out from behind the net, battling a defender the entire way, and then swings a slick backhand pass to Rosa, who jabs his stick thru traffic to send the puck into the net. The goal is no fluke, because if you watch closely you can see Rosa put his stick to the ice as the play is developing, anticipating the dead-eye pass from Chubarov. The goal put Avangard up 2-1 in a game that they eventually won in overtime, 4-3.
