Filmed during the month of December 2005: Nearly 5 months after Katrina, the animal rescue efforts continue, volunteers are still arriving. These volunteers have traveled from all over the world, enduring extreme heat and humidity, living in primitive conditions, traveling at their own expense, leaving jobs and family to help us. These are the angels, animal guardian angels, who are responsible for saving the lives of thousands of animals. Thank you, and thanks to those, unable to travel here, who have contributed to our efforts with donations, much needed encouragement and prayers. We could not have done it without you. I thank you on behalf of all the peaceful animals, the silent ones who had no choice and were left behind.

  • THIS WAS WONDERFUL!!!!Thanks for sharing!

  • im glad someone is still looking for those babies,i would rather die before i left mine but i understand

  • now you have seen the vid, please give money. even ten bucks will help. please!

  • Thank You for such a heart felt video. It's hard to believe 18 months have gone by since Katrina and there are still so many areas that still look like this and so many poor animals still out there, and in the shelters from this hurricane.

  • It's amazing this amount of destruction still exists in the United States. The film is heart-wrenching seeing all the displaced, scared animals, but the "Rescued" messages will bring a smile to anyone's face!! With God, there's always hope! Great job!
