Volvo for life!!!

HP vs HP wouldn't matter to me in this case. The Alfa is better looking and overall design over any Volvo ;).

what do you think? The volvo is waaaay more heavy. And try to take a other volvo. one that is made for more speed. Like the new s80 315 v8 witch should be good to take the weight away. Meaning you level it out.

kjøp dåkker nån hesta først, hehe...så kan vi kanskje begynne å snakke kjøreegenskapa...sku ikkje førundre meg om dåkker må ut og handle igjen!

this just shows how important power-to-weight-ratio is

Dear all: thank you for all your responses. I would like to point out that the Alfa Romeo is almost 300kg lighter, and presumably has other specs than mentioned in the video. First of all, it is not a Q4, but it has FWD (which saves weight and power loss). Second of all, it has upgrades from Squadra tuning: a reprogrammed ECU, Q4-spec inlet and different camshafts.
The Volvo S80 T6 is stock, but it runs on LPG and has a large tank in the back, which makes it heavier than the standard version.

Furthermore, the Alfa Romeo has a manual 5-speed gearbox, opposed to the 4-speed automatic in the Volvo. The extra gear is an advantage, as well as the fewer drivetrain losses from a manual. The tuned Alfa Romeo has between 240 and 250hp so the differences are quiet well explained.
Last of all: The Volvo was tested on a rolling road and had 272hp and 460Nm on LPG and 270hp and 444Nm on petrol. Therefore I don't doubt that the engine is healthy. But yes, a lighter manual S60 T5 would do better.
