DO NOT LIVE HERE. i lived here during the '10-'11 school year and I can honestly say it was a horrible experience. No one is social, the management is terrible, and they shut off your water for hours at a time at least once a month. In addition, they charged me two late rent fee's when I had paid my rent on time. Yes this happened twice for no reason. the management is trying to steal your money. there are much better alternatives at lower prices right next to unversity village
