  • lol 10 second plank hold :P you should meet my muay thai coach, hes one crazy fucker :-)

  • Well my PB for the plank is 4 minutes 10 seconds, so I'm no stranger to the exercise.

    But the role of the plank in this combo is as active rest and also mimics the position that the body should be maintaining in the explosive push ups. If you tried the combo you'd realise that 10 seconds is plenty here!
