This is a controversial dogfight. The IAF won 90% of the time, since the F-15's long range radars are turned off. They result was to convinced the Congress to fund for more F-22. The F-15 in reality is far from being inferior and it's still holds the record of today's modern combat and haven't been shot down by an enemy in dogfight. F-22 on the other hand is a complete level on it's own. This is why the US Air Force wanted them very bad.
