Right describe me any symptoms that he is showing that drew you to the conclusion that he is on drugs? "I am ignorant and don't know what he is talking about, and was not taught of this in school" is not a valid response... The man looks calm speaks with a nice tone and is articulated, none of the characteristic of a Crack head, were you justing trying to be funny or are you just an imbecile?
