It seems to me that lynching the bust/effigy would have been a racist action, but burning is a statement of disapproval in my opinion, burning our nations flag is a disgrace yet its viewed as freedom of speech, so why shouldnt this be the same? I think the real racist people in this case are the ones doing the complaining and looking for anything too cry racism about because thats how they think, guilty minds and such, think about it.

Please read Article II, Section I of the Constitution and as you do, take it in the context of when it was written and why. Keep up the good work.
