NOTES FROM THE ROAD is an Ovation TV original music series featuring some of the hottest bands and artists touring the U.S. Each episode is shot on location at Bonefish Grill restaurants across the country and features live performances and interviews with the musical acts. Along with stories of the tour, the artists give us a behind the scenes look at life on the road and their creative process in writing and recording. Featured artists in season one include The Bravery, 3 Doors Down, and Vanessa Carlton. Jason Mraz performs live at Bonefish Grill Denver, Colorado.

My tae kwon do instructor was diagnosed with cancer, and I learned how to play this song, and I sang it to her. Sadly, she passed away in november, but it is a memory I'll always have.

i like the fact that the record label came to him, and not the other way around. so it's like he's so good that someone had to ask him to make a record. and he was still apprehensive, so he needed convincing. i like that. i really do. and i love jason mraz.

7:37 well it does..I've heard your music in June 2007, during my own chemotherapys..and you know what: my whole life changed after that. although it was 4th stage I'm still here, writing my songs, playing my tunes, getting my inspiration from the very simple things. You became my sort of catalyst for having another attitude. Btw I met my soulmate on your show in Seattle 11.10.2008. I hope someday I'll have the chance to give you my hugs for everything, what you've done to my life) Thanks bro
