Dhal Fry is a very simple dish that can be made within 20 min and it goes well with chapati , nann, plain rice or even plain bread. Easy to cook, simple and healthy.
Dhal fry or simply dhal is made from lentil, I have used red lentil. (Mysore Dhal)
Ingredients used.
1 cup red lentil,
1 tomato,
2 green chilies,
2 slice of ginger,
4 cloves of garlic,
1/4 tsp of turmeric powder,
1/4 tsp of mustard seeds,
1/4 tsp of white lentil,
1/4 tsp of cumin seeds,
2 dried red chilies,
2tsp of gee. or oil
Start to finish is about 20 min,
try making it, not easy to get it wrong...
Don't really know that one.

Try making Chapati, I have also have a video clip on that.
