Those are the visitors that rent expensive lofts and apartments anywhere close to the Village. They are mostly outsiders who are rebelling against their parents after getting their bachelor's degrees and free cars and such. I love how these so called hipsters pretend to care about NY and politcs and culture after they been here a couple years. They are actually the customers and walking dollar signs that are the main target market because their gullible ways and bottomless bank accounts. DIE
