this is exactly what i need for my post on my blog "is there good or bad cholesterol". I just need more of the pieces and i'm glad he mentioned vitamin C.

The more i learn about vitamin C the more I love it. Vitamin D got a nobel prize and so did vitamin C. it is still being used to treat cancer, I bet none of you have even heard about this. it has been shown that vitamin C is toxic to cancer cells. so they give vitamin C injections and the cancer cells leave.
