If you watch the entire video you would see that Molly attacks Verizon at the end for not having any good phones. Granted that is slowly changing.
Verizon has it's problems but not as bad as AT&T. I have both and I would rather use Verizon for my iPhone 3Gs than AT&T as soon as Verizon rolls out LTE. AT&T has a much more sever problem with there network than Verizon in that AT&T has not invested in a backhaul network like Verizon thus going forward Verizon will be in a better position.
