    Happy I stubled onto this film. Really like You tube due to this type of information!!!

    My step brother used to be bullied. He said he was gonna get bigger. I chuckled at him because I didn't believe him.... But then he gained 40lbs of absolute lean muscle mass. He tried the Muscle Building Bible (look in Google). No-one dares to bully the man these days.
