@TheTheEpic1 I thought he said "tens and nines" after he called. so he needed a queen, seven, king, eight or jack. 16 outs to the river out of 46 possible cards is a little better than three to one, which is the price he was getting. not a great call but more forgiveable than it seemed imo

In terms of money lost, that is quite possibly the worst beat in the history of the WSOP. I mean, from having 20% of the chips in play to out in 15th, that's got to be nearly 2 million dollars in equity lost because of that river card.
