Mashable had great piece entitled 8 Social Media Strategies to Engage Multicultural Consumers; I could just reiterate those points, but the deeper message thats relevant here is that the companies and businesses that go the extra mile to engage with these audiences will reap the most out of their social media strategies. Youve got to analyze every nook and cranny of your target audience and create a strategy that encompasses the nuances of varying cultures and ideologies; optimizing marketing strategies to reach consumers that your competitor might not be making themselves visible can most certainly give you an edge in your engagement strategy.
