  • i do this all day long with my sak soldier,. lol

    nice vid :)

  • Blatant abusive testing for entertainment. I love it!

  • @DaBossk send it in for repairs lifetime warranty

  • @bieli0 no the knife still like locks up with the frame lock it just yah know..... the detent! idk how to explain it! how much force it takes for the blade to open up when closed. the force is like none - how ever tight the pivot screw is. and the CQC-11 UTCOM should be pretty sweet lol the little pants snagging system is tight

  • @DaBossk wouldn't it just be like a manual use knife then? i thought the spring was only there to "assist" in a faster deployment, as well as help it lock up. but not necessary for the knife to function? i'll find out soon, mines shipped and on it's way now :D as well as an emerson CQC-11 UTCOM :D can't wait

  • @bieli0 yeah the customer service was awesome, all free, torx bits and all. but yeah it doesnt have any blade detent without the spring.... it could open up in your pocket maybe

  • @DaBossk oh... i didn't know it would affect the lock-up? that's nice of kershaw to send parts though. free of charge?

  • @bieli0 yeah but now the knife has no detent! i just ordered the spring yesterday from kershaw, they were pretty cool about shipping me the part

  • @DaBossk now you have a manual knife instead of assisted opening :D that's pretty common on the folding Zero tolerance knives. hate to break it to ya... i'm still buying one either way.

  • well now i know that if i am ever trapped inside a red brick building, i can just cut my way out with a pocket knife. good to know

    gotta love ZT's
