DeKalb County Chief Executive Officer Burrell Ellis addressed a capacity crowd at the Tucker-Reid H. Cofer Library, covering topics that included the ONE DeKalb Lives housing initiative, the upcoming transportation and education SPLOST referendums and the new Renewable Natural Gas facility, among other topics, before spending more than an hour answering questions on various County operations. More than 100 residents attended, as well as dozens of department managers and staff.
