Dude iam sure your right,I to have nothing but problems with these cell phone companys,I was having trouble with my cell screen going black, I called att they said take it back to where I bought it, I did they wouldnt fix or swap the phone, they gave me a number to call, they suck,but they want that money ever month, I wonder what would happen if everbody threw there cell phones away and quit paying for there crapy service, what would happen?

I am a Sprint operator; all you need to do is call up and ask for a supervisor, tell them what happened, and if you bug them enough, they will probably give you $100 credit on your bill to offset the additional charge of the phone, since systems over the phone and in the store will most likely not even allow an agent to lower the price to $99.99. Just call up and rant to a supervisor and everything should be fine. Customers will most likely get thier way, trust me.

Welcome to corporate America you skinny bitch yes ATT does hate you. You have to pay 199$ so the rep in the store can put food on his table.You have to pay 199$ so Lakisha can smoke some crack. You put 99$ so a Mexican can get it off the rack at a large warehouse. Your debit card wont work because you have no money on it.
