@vansoth How funny is it that this is an Adrian Newey car? Look how well he's doing now...

The March Judd had a very cool sound! :D

Lovely engine note.

No matter how uncomfortable this car might be, i would drive the shit out of it if i ever had a change.

What the hell are you talking about? How can the old cars be better if the material on new cars is better? If you build a Shadow with modern materials, it won't be Shadow any longer, it'd be a Brawn.

@Holden308 so your comment about capelli was wrong? right?
-
@flipsidedogchop For about 2 seconds before Prost powered past. And Mansell would never have led if Senna didn't have gearbox problems. Mansell only led as he was on the front row.
-
@Holden308 wrong! mansell led the field in brazil from the start!

Love that shape and color, a classic, eventhought was slow, revolutionary design leading 2 nowdays designs
Well, knowing Stewart, it was probably true. Designers improve after all.

Yes, Adrian Newey had a very influental "feminine" shape of his March 881, which later became the norm in the 90's.
Benetton (with Boutsen) looked reasonably competitive in 1988 but they unwisely chose to start early with their non-turbo engine instead of keeping the turbo-Ford Cosworth for 1988.
Even McLaren themselves led by Gordon Murray admitted "they couldn't believe their luck" when Benetton didn't use the turbo-engine for the last turbo season.
