Single Point Cutting Tool Geometry

Where is "chip breaker"????? Does so sharpen tool is productive??? Does it will cut alloy / hardened steel??? Also so sharpen cutter make a dangerous ribbon type chip (I already tried). By the way - You make a nice video!
