The bottom line golden rule with posture is that you must move your body in the opposite direction of driving, sitting, and slouching. Bend everything backward!

Are you insane? That was the worst hip flexor stretch I have ever seen. Way too much hyper extension and too deep especially for someone who has never done this before. You should have showed a beginner and intermediate version first as injury is a very real possibility if a novice attempted this stretch right off the bat. Sorry if causing offence but I have seen so many people injured through bad advice and improper stretching technique with over exertion. Peace.
