@srercrcr22 Yeah, sorta. After he passed away, they say that he can be seen fleetlingly beneath the palms at Oakwood playground in Venice where he and his group started singing. RIP, Leon.

Classic doo wop by a first class group. Leon Peels wound up being a short-order cook in the LA area for years after his singing career. The album from 1961, Lovers Island is a must for any collection.
