  • I have a feeling you went to Le Cordon Bleu. I'm a 1st year student and even I know you don't use Extra Virgin Olive Oil to fabricate a Mayonnaise moron. Use a neutral oil such as Canola, Groundnut or even Soybean but even that gives it a odd taste. I don't even have to taste that Mayo to know it's going to taste like crap.

  • You make using the whisk look easy and cool. Great. There is no need to rush out and buy a great hulking blender or Moulinex.

    This way is so quiet, you can chat with guests as you make the mayo. Hospitality plus!
