I have a feeling you went to Le Cordon Bleu. I'm a 1st year student and even I know you don't use Extra Virgin Olive Oil to fabricate a Mayonnaise moron. Use a neutral oil such as Canola, Groundnut or even Soybean but even that gives it a odd taste. I don't even have to taste that Mayo to know it's going to taste like crap.

You make using the whisk look easy and cool. Great. There is no need to rush out and buy a great hulking blender or Moulinex.
This way is so quiet, you can chat with guests as you make the mayo. Hospitality plus!
