The reason why it showed them kissing in the rain at there house after they been fighting in his dream is cause always after they would fight they would kiss and it would always happen to be in the rain!

their nanny kissed nathan and haley wouldn't listen to what really happened so she kicked him out and so this is nathan's dream of her forgiving him and letting him come home, and because their significant scenes happen in the rain - it is raining in their house!
