This video is dedicated to Clara Rosseau, and Carmen Martín.

P.S. Vous ne pouvez pas quitter la chambre.

  • this is brilliant! glad i took french in high school. the only phrase that perplexed was, "Il tire une boufée sur sa cigarrette

et la fumée envahie la pièce."

i can probably find a french english dictionary and puzzle it out, or perhaps you can translate? thanks! great metaphor.

  • All of the translated versions of this video were done for me by other people. that line should correspond to "He puffs his cigarette and smoke fills the room."

  • not anal at all, and I appreciate your taking the time to forward the correction. Copenhagen is over now, so I wont be changing it, but I'll contact you in the future if I need a french translation for another video! thanks again.

  • So, what should be written is more along the lines of : " Vous étiez un jour fumeur, mais avez réussi à arreter de fumer" or " Vous aussi aviez l'habitude, mais y avait renoncez". Sorry if it seems anal. I appreciate your vids.

  • The " vous avez l'habitude de fumer aussi, mes vous avez arretez de fumer" , means : You have the habit of smoking aswell, but you stopped smoking.

It makes sense, and I've seen the German and Norwegian video so I know what you mean, but seeing as you make video's concerning grammatical mishaps and such I thought you wouldn't mind me correcting it.
