@RawHealingPatch i know the excito I have experienced the insomnia and body aches that come from aspartame, but I know to stop drinking it when my body has taken to much, you are lying about the pancreas thing, the toxic effect in the brain is good, it helps me concentrate better and focus on my work, the one thing I hate is it dehydrates you but I drink plenty of water anyway

@RawHealingPatch , hey I drink diet soda not a lot but I know the risk with excitotoxins, your wrong about it causing long term effects, the aspartame DOES NOT GET METABOLIZED, it just gets processed out with the water, the body does not break down aspartame, because it does not recognize it, if you drink it in moderate amounts like I do the side effects are small,
