The original cut of Black Button went for 11 minutes. Here are some of the scenes we cut out. These were mainly removed to keep the pace of the film up.

it's great that the finished version doesn't contain these scenes, in the sake of pacing, but also because they are unnecessarily "explaining", and moralizing. the movie as a whole speaks clearly and in a great way, reiterating what it says in words (i mean the final parts from these deleted scenes) would destroy (or at least degrade) the magic... good work ;)

@ricardopico The guy in black,Robert Grubb IS a famous actor in Australia.You can see him in pretty much every major Australian film over the last 30 years.Galilipoloi,Breaker Morant etc.You name a major Aussie film or tv series,likely he's been in it.
