  • WHEN CAN I WATCH YOUTUBE ON VIZIO, I HAVE BOUGHT A LED 3D TV AND I CANNOT HAVE YOUTUBE . THATS REALLY PAINFUL.

EVEN HIGH END TV IS NOT ABLE TO GET THE YOUTUBE. IN GENERAL I LIKE THE TV WITH ITS WORKING BUT THE LIMITATIONS ARE NOT GOOD. saw some people saying use lingo to get youtube, but where the hell i get flingo now :-p

  • So do you have 2 pay for HULU PLUS or do you just have it and you can watch all the shows and seasons without paying???

  • @YungBUX22 i have a 55inch XVT too. i have youtube on it through the app store, but i cant find it on my M3D tv???

  • @Trippy5136 and he ain't kidding. I've had mine a year. Great tv...internet, not so much. They've replaced a part, it help but didn't completely solver the problem so the second part was dead on arrival so they've decided to send a recertified tv. Facebook will not stream video, never has. Today while on Facebook and watching tv at the same time, I changed channels and the tv just shut down but it did that rite out the box. Very frustrating TV. Keep your fingers crossed for the recertified..

  • @mark40511 They started rolling it out on Jan 14 2012, their website says if you are watching tv it will let you know about update, if not it will do it on its on. Can take between 2-3weeks for everyone to get it.

  • Try flingo.org - it's work, but it works, given you have these other options.

Go into Web Videos widget, Go to Channels, Then Queue, press OK

    see message for flingo.org

use laptop/desktop flingo.org and follow directions - adding Fling to your browser.

on lap/desktop go to YouTube video, click Fling on your browser, go thru the on site queue, will load to TV's queue.

Click on Vizio queue and play.

Load a bunch of vids so you don't go back & forth.

Like I said, it's work but it works.

  • @mark40511 I havn't played around with the youtube app much yet but as far as I can tell it is a little quirky. My music playist shows up but doesn't display any of the videos I have on it. I have to mess with it a little more but as far as can tell at this point that's the only problem i've seen with it.

  • @senorcrab Thanks! It's out on "some" vizio bluray player. Unfortunately not others. Anyway, glad you told me. I have a question. On your vizio youtube app, does it allow you to see and play all your favorites & playlist or does it limit the amount of videos in a playlist? A lot of youtube apps are different in they are setup

  • @OnTheREDPILL I disagree with you about the apps being a gimmick. I find many of them to be pretty useful. I do agree that visio makes great products though.
