I was lucky enough to tour Europe with Byther back in the nineties. True blues master & gentleman. Not to be messed with though. A boxing champ in his youth, I saw him load a fender rhodes 88 piano one handed onto a high truck with a bass amp under the other arm. I was half his age at the time & thats not a move I could have even attempted. Sweetness & Toughness always come across in his playing.
