She Knows

Please forgive me, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. Please.

This is just me messing around with colours and layers and manips and Sherlock Holmes.

Oh, and a quick word of warning... if you don't like the whole "same-sex couples" thing... might wanna change to a different video...


Plot:
Just as in the 2009 film, Watson is planning to get engaged to Mary, and invites (forces) Holmes to meet her, however, in this vid, Mary is dragged along too. Being the woman that she is, Irene tries to unsettle Mary, much to Watson's disgust, but Mary simply laughs it off. Irene is impressed.

The two form an unconventional bond. Mary is drawn to Irene in ways she really shouldn't be, and tries to distance herself from those feelings, but finds that she can't. Irene, on the other hand, knows exactly what she's doing and, dispite warnings from Holmes about how they will end up hurting Watson, the two become very, very close, until one day, just as Holmes predicted, Watson catches them 'together'.

Blackwood catches Irene and traps her, moving towards death, just as in the film. Holmes manages to free her, but it is Watson who saves her from falling into the blade. Mary thanks him for saving her life but Watson is unsure how to behave towards her.

Much, much later, once the case has been cleared up, Mary and Irene go to visit the two men. Mary wonders if Watson has come to terms with her relationship with Irene. Knowing the answer, Irene tells Mary that she will find out when they go inside...
