Guess what youtube? This is a double feature!

EDIT: The Camillus is actually called a Camp Knife, I have recently learned. And it actually can cost up to and over $19.95!

  • AAAAHH!!!! ABOUT TIME SOMEONE REVIEWS THE CAMILLUS CAMP KNIFE!!!! Great knife! I've got a 2007 brand new in box and a 1996 USN one. (Just wanted to brag)

  • Hows about showing that to me sometime in a video? That 2007 sounds cool, and I don't know what a 1996 looks like. I assume that I looks similar.

  • @GaleanoOfElCano All the years are similar exept for the 1970's and beyond. Those have a little stud on the bottle opener in place of a groove. My 1996 has "USN" for US Navy instead of just the "US." I've also seen some that are stamped "MARINE CORPS." I've tried to post vids but for some reason I'm having a very difficult time uploading them to YOUTUBE. I will keep trying.

  • I can only ask you to try. Good luck!

  • i have a 1989 camillus like that

  • I have a 1992 camillus navy pocket knife. My uncle carried it when he served, it almost saw duty, he was on his way to desert storm but unfortunately it ended before he got there so it never saw any real action. Great knives!.

  • Galeano: The actual nickname of the knife is called the "Demo Knife". The official name is "Knife, Utility, MIL-K-818". It got the nickname Demo Knife because initially some thought it was a demolition knife. Because it is stainless steel it was believed to be non-magnetic and could be used to deactivate mines. Even thought that wasn't the case, the nickname stuck. Nice to see a video on it. Good job.
