Man battles for life after eating slug infected with rat lungworm

A man accepted a dare to eat a slug, but unfortunately for him the slug has parasites in it, so now he has got rat lungworm disease which is a severe form of meningitis which swells the brain and spinal cord. February this year one of my siberian huskies had to pe put down after eating his dog food that had been gone over by a snail carrying the desease, he suffered for 2 weeks as we thought it was worms so comtinued to buy worming tablets. This decease isnin everyone's back yard nd people and animals are dying from it so watch out
