I'm sorry, the first 8 claps sounded like adi talam so I assumed you just started playing midway through the next cycle. But now that you point it out it's clearly an 11.5 clap cycle, and I can hear you cutting that in half with the 8+8+7 quarter beat subdivisions. Awesome idea, and beautiful execution! Thanks very much for taking the time to explain despite my rather inexcuseable mistake. Love all your other clips too, KYABATT!!

The clapping follows a cycle of 11 1/2, which I divide into two half cycles of 5 3/4 beats. I play a groove in 23 (8+8+7)counting 16s (quadruple speed), and a korvai I made to fit the cylce. The korvai is played three times, each time filling two whole cycles, which is 23 beats.

Five and a who?! I can't even count it... Is it 5 and 3/4 claps long cycling through adi talam until it comes back on the 1? Or is it 8 beats with subdivisions of 5.75? That's really awesome, and I'm sure it's on, but I'm totally lost. Kyabatt!!
