I'm not sure if by "whores" they actually mean prostitutes or sluts. Maybe they mean people who give up not their bodies but their beliefs and their dignity for money. From what I've experienced, lyrics in this kind of music are rarely to be taken literally.

Theres a few Phantasmagoria songs that have a similar feel, versailles again have a couple. Possibly an E'm ~Grief~ song or two may have the sound your chasing. But i don't know of a band that did anything as remarkable as Malice Mizer. Good luck anyway, at the very least you may find something else you like:]
